The Executive Director is a critical and visible role requiring a strategic and collaborative leader with strong management, operational, financial, and development experience. The Executive Director will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Win|Win programs, fundraising, and the evolution of its mission. The Executive Director should be a strategic thinker and decision-maker with a knack for planning, leading systems change, cultivating a robust donor network, and advancing data-driven impact. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting our network partners in their civic engagement and efforts toward economic and social justice that build the power necessary for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities to lead and advance equity among people of color, young people, women, and low-income individuals.

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, sick time and 10 paid holidays
